Richard Dent is CEO of Vista.

Richard has worked in the community sector for more than a decade, in leadership and governance roles in child, family, disability, advocacy/policy agencies, peak bodies and Disability Professionals Victoria.

Richard is a Sidney Myer Fellow, a Williamson Fellow and a Harvard Club Fellow. He has two Masters degrees and is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Organisational Dynamics.

Richard's proudest achievements to date have been the National Person Centred Practice Project (commenced in 2001), the healthy but quality focused growth of Vista, and being able to contribute to the establishment of Disability Professionals Victoria in 2004 and the merger of three peak bodies in Victoria in 2006.
