Strategic plan

Through extensive consultation and feedback from people we support, families, staff and other stakeholders, we developed our 2009-2012 strategic plan.

The key priorities in this plan are to:

1. Provide individualised, best practice services to people in their homes and in the community.
2. Make our services available to all areas of the community.
3. To be an efficient and effective organisation within the EW Tipping Foundation network.
