Vista - One-on-one support services

One on one support services helping people develop independent living skills.We offer a range of flexible and dynamic one-on-one support services.

This support can take place either inyour home, or out and about
in the community.

It is always tailored to suit each individual, and each person is empowered to make their
own choices and direct how they want to use our support.

You might want help with getting ready for work in the morning, going to the football, shopping for the weekly groceries, attending a study program or personal care.

Support can include:

  • Vista helps people develop independent living skills.Helping people develop independent living skills
  • Personal attendant care (including 24 hours a day, high
    and low level)
  • Assistance with rehabilitation and occupational therapy
  • Maintenance of independence
  • Support in educational and work settings
  • Day programs (Lakes Entrance, Birchip, Ballarat and Swan Hill)

VPCS offers support in educational and work settings.

Eligibility: We support people funded in a range of ways including through:

  • Department of Human Services
  • TAC (we are a TAC preferred provider)
  • Community health
  • Hospitals
  • HACC
  • Commonwealth Carer Respite Services
  • Community Aged Care packages
  • Department of Education and Training
  • WorkCover and other insurers
  • Self-funded
