Out of home care & crisis care

Vista Community Support provides out of home and crisis care for young people in need of support. We aim to provide a holistic and personalised approach to care within safe, structured and consistent environments.

What we offer

We offer a flexible service that is suitable for young people of all ages.
For children with a disability, we can provide additional support through our disability services network.

Our services include:

• Transitional support
• Accommodation options for siblings where appropriate
• Short-term emergency support
• Respite to give families a break
• Long-term support

As an accredited Out of Home Care provider, our staff are recruited specifically to work with children and receive appropriate training.

Referrals are only through the Department of Human Services.
