Neurological disability support

Vista Community Support has extensive experience working with people with a neurological disability. We support people who have a neurological disability, such as an acquired brain injury (ABI), as a result of an:

  • Accident
  • Tumour
  • Alcohol or substance misuse
  • Stroke or heart attack
  • A neurological disorder

We can provide support for:

  • Recreational and community access
  • Daily living activities
  • Personal care
  • Assisting in getting back to work
  • Rehabilitation / exercise programs

Our staff

Our team of dedicated staff assist the people we support to work towards their goals and improve their quality of life. We train our staff to meet the specific needs of each person with an ABI.

How to access this service

This service is available anywhere in Victoria. It can be privately funded or accessed through an Individual Support Package (ISP), such asTAC or WorkCover funding. Referrals are through agencies or health professionals, or call us directly.
