Vista Community Support provides quality support services to people with physical disabilities, including spinal injuries.

How we can help

We can provide support with all aspects of care, including:

  • Assistance with daily living activities, such as cooking
  • Bowel and bladder care
  • Community access
  • Hoist training
  • Personal care assistance
  • Respite for caregivers
  • Stretching and physiotherapy routines
  • Transitioning from hospital to home

Our staff

People supported by Vista can participate in choosing their staff team. We build the service with and around the person to ensure truly tailored and personalised support. Our support workers work closely with allied health teams to make sure they are trained in the needs of each person they support.

How to access this service

This service is available anywhere in Victoria. It can be privately funded or accessed through an Individual Support Package (ISP). Referrals are through agencies or health professionals, such as the Transport Accident Commission, rehabilitation centres, or call us directly.
